Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping option:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping service.

Free shipping promotions may apply during special events or minimum order thresholds.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
Luthor Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Luthor Fashion is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We will, however, do our best to assist you.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions in some regions.
